T-Shirts are given out at registration if you have completed your entry in the Online Delegates Directory providing your size, before the deadline which is approx. one month before the event.
Registration officially opens at 10:30am on Tuesday in the Hilton Lobby.
However, the registration desk also opens for 3 hours at 15:00 on Monday afternoon, so any delegates who have arrived early, can check in to avoid the queues on Tuesday.
The registration desk also opens at 10:00am on Wednesday morning, Thursday morning and Friday morning.

Registration takes place in the Hilton Malta lobby. When you arrive you can collect your badge, lanyard, and welcome materials at the registration desk.

If you are attending ITC Malta and need to return goods home after the event, please follow the return process carefully.
All goods must be collected by Wednesday 17 June 2026. Items not collected by this date may be disposed of by the Hilton and disposal charges may apply.

Yes, we ask you to specify any special dietary requirements or allergies when you complete your entry on the online delegates directory ahead of the event.
All meat served at ITC is Halal Certified, and we provide vegetarian options as standard.
Yes, of course you can bring your family to Malta.
If you would like your spouse / partner / grown-up children to attend any of the evening events, there is a charge for a Food & Beverage ticket at a cost of 150 EUR per person per evening.
You can either purchase this in advance by contacting hello@itc.events, or by going to the registration desk in Malta. For many of the evening venues, you have to wear a special wristband to gain entry.
As the event has free bars throughout, it is not appropriate for underage children to attend the event.

Lunch is provided each day between 12:00 and 14:00 at Oceana Restaurant, Level 3, Hilton Malta.
Lunch is one of the busiest networking periods of the day and a great opportunity to meet new contacts in a relaxed environment.
Refreshments are available throughout the day at several networking bars across the venue, including:
Friday continues with meetings and networking at the Hilton, with the exhibition and networking areas remaining open until 16:00.
The Networking Finale then takes place at Manta Beach Club, Sliema.
Transport to Manta Beach Club departs from the Hilton Lobby between 15:15 and 18:00.
Delegates are welcome to arrive from 15:30 and make use of the beach club facilities, or join later once meetings at the Hilton Malta have concluded.
Return transport to the Hilton runs between 20:00 and 21:30, with drop offs also available at the InterContinental.

The Networking Lounge is located at the Quarterdeck Bar, Level 4.

Yes. A cloakroom is available during the main event days at ITC Malta.
The cloakroom is located in the Portomaso Foyer, Level 3, Hilton Malta.
This can be used for coats, bags, and personal items during the day. Please note that all items must be collected before the cloakroom closes.

If you arrive early or are departing later in the day, luggage storage may be available through the Hilton Malta.
During the main event days, delegates may also use the event cloakroom during its opening hours for coats, bags, and personal items.
If you need help storing luggage, please speak to the ITC team or ask the Hilton reception team on arrival.
If you arrive after the event has started, please go to the registration desk at the Hilton Malta to collect your badge and event materials.
Once you have checked in, you are welcome to join the event and begin networking straight away.
