Yes, we can find a Hostess for you. Prices start at 50 EUR per hour + VAT for a minimum of 4 hours, and Hostess invoices must be paid in advance. This price includes food and beverages for your Hostess during the daytime.
Availability of Hostesses is subject to change.
Yes, you can bring your own Hostess.
You must tell us their name in advance, so we can produce a lanyard with badge for them to wear.
You are also required to purchase a Food & Beverage package for your Hostess at 150 EUR + VAT per day per Hostess, which includes daytime and evening hospitality access.
Failure to declare a Hostess you are bringing in advance may result in a retrospective charge.
Your exhibition stand will be ready for you to check and put items on from 16:00 on Tuesday.
Please do not try to access your stand before this time as the exhibition areas will still be in the process of being built.
Each stand is provided with a lockable cabinet, however, exhibitors are advised not to leave valuable items inside, as keys to cabinets are interchangeable.
Items are left in the lockable cabinets at your own risk and ITC Malta accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the items left in the cabinets.
If you have items that you need to be locked up at night, please speak to one of the ITC Team onsite and they will show you where you can store them securely at night.

If you are attending ITC Malta and you would like to send goods, please refer to the Shipping Instructions.
If you are attending ITC Malta and need to return goods home after the event, please follow the return process carefully.
All goods must be collected by Wednesday 17 June 2026. Items not collected by this date may be disposed of by the Hilton and disposal charges may apply.

Yes. Each exhibitor stand is supplied with a power connection using UK plug sockets.
Each 8m² to 18m² stand includes one extension lead with three UK plug sockets.
4m² PODs share an extension lead between two exhibitors.
Please note that exhibitors need to provide their own international plug adapter if required.
If you requested additional electrical connections or equipment in advance, these will be set up before the event.
If you are bringing any equipment or machinery that requires additional power, please contact opsteam@itc.events in advance.
ITC does not issue a separate stand contract.
Exhibitors are required to complete the Stand Requirements Form, which confirms your stand specifications and operational needs. A copy of your submitted responses can be retained as your formal confirmation.
By submitting the Stand Requirements Form, you agree to the ITC Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

To make exhibiting as simple as possible, ITC provides the following items on each stand:
Each exhibitor stand is supplied with a three way extension lead providing up to 3000 watts of electrical power.
If you requested additional electrical connections or equipment in advance, these will have been set up before the event.
Charging stations are also available on stands to help exhibitors and visiting delegates stay connected.
If you require international plug adapters, please speak with the ITC team and we will check with the Hilton if these are available.
Yes. If you bring items with you to the Hilton before the exhibition opens, these can be taken to the exhibitor storage area on Level 2.
The ITC team will assist with delivering them to your stand during the setup period.
Some exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary airport transfers as part of their exhibition or sponsorship package.
If your company is eligible, transfer arrangements will have been organised in advance.
Delegates will receive confirmation of their transfer details by email or WhatsApp ahead of their arrival in Malta.
For return flights, transfers are typically scheduled approximately 2 to 2.5 hours before departure, depending on airport traffic conditions.
If your travel plans change, please contact the ITC team as soon as possible. Changes close to the event may not always be possible.
Yes, additional colleagues may attend and support on your stand, provided they are registered as delegates for ITC Malta.
Each person attending the event must have a valid ticket and must be registered in advance so that we can issue their badge and include them in the event communications and directory access where applicable.
