Sending Artwork
Please check the following before sending to us
Requirements
Artwork deadline is 24th April 2026 - Please send your artwork as early as possible so the team can review it and confirm everything is correct.
Your files must meet the following specifications:
- High-resolution PDF 1.3 or higher (PDF/X-1a compliant)
- All transparency and layers flattened
- CMYK colour only, no RGB or spot colours
- Images at 300 dpi resolution
- All fonts embedded and subset
- DO NOT include crop marks in supplied files
Counter Artwork
For counter graphics, you must supply three separate artwork files:
- One front panel
- One left side panel
- One right side panel
If you are using a repeating design or pattern, ensure it continues correctly across the front and both sides so the artwork aligns once installed.
How to Send Your Files
Email artwork to hello@itc.events and include your company name in the subject line.
If your files are larger than 10MB, please send them using WeTransfer.
