Communication & Support

This section covers how we communicate before and during ITC, including WhatsApp groups, directory access, avatars, and how to contact the team for assistance.

We do not have an ITC App, but we do have an Online Delegates Directory listing all the companies and delegates who are attending. This will be available to view one month before the start of the event, so you can start booking meetings.

A dedicated WhatsApp social group for ITC will open two weeks before the event.

Our main method of communication in the lead up to, and during ITC is WhatsApp, so please download the app if you don’t already use it and add our number +44 7981 832626 to your contacts.

The WhatsApp group for delegates opens two weeks before the event. All registered delegates will be added to this group.

The WhatsApp group is for registered delegates.

If you are a registered delegate you will be added before the group opens, approximately 2 weeks before the event.

  • Log into the directory
  • Click on People
  • Search for your name in the search bar
  • Click on the orange down arrow at the bottom of your photo
  • A pop up box with your customised avatar will appear
  • Press and hold your picture
  • Save the WhatsApp avatar to your photos
  • Upload to your WhatsApp avatar in the normal way. Click this link to see a short video clip.
